About the "Les Écuries" Cottage

Welcome to the "Les Écuries" cottage, a superb and charming 120 m² house split over two levels, officially certified with a 3-star rating to guarantee a stay of absolute comfort. Entirely private and featuring its own independent entrance, this building full of character is a former estate stable, completely renovated with high-quality materials while fully respecting the authenticity of the premises.

Your Indoor Comfort:

The cottage perfectly combines old-world charm with all modern amenities. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a high-end, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a large, warm living room with a welcoming lounge area (including a comfortable sofa bed). The cottage consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms, including a large family room ideal for accommodating up to 4 people in optimal comfort. For your convenience, you have 2 bathrooms (one with a magnificent walk-in shower, the other with a bath/shower combination) and 2 separate toilets. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned to ensure always-cool nights. A free high-speed Wi-Fi connection covers the entire house as well as your private patio.

The Outdoors & Relaxation at the Estate:

The cottage opens onto our large, shaded park, a true haven of peace. Everything is at your disposal for a memorable holiday with family or friends: enjoy our seasonal swimming pool for perfect moments of freshness, share a game of pétanque, or prepare your grills in the summer kitchen's barbecue area. Children will have a blast thanks to the playground and the trampoline with free access.

An Ideal Location Between Land and Sea:

Located on the edge of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you can easily walk to all local amenities: the multi-service café/grocery shop (with a fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground, and the post office. Thanks to quick road access, you can easily explore our exceptional local heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and quickly reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea or the freshness of nearby lakes.
