About the "Le Régisseur" Cottage

Welcome to the "Le Régisseur" cottage, a charming 90 m² house split over two levels, officially certified with a 3-star rating for your utmost comfort. Entirely private and featuring its own independent entrance, this building full of character is part of our historic, former winery estate.

Your Indoor Comfort:

The cottage elegantly combines the authenticity of exposed stone with a pleasantly modern decor. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space, and a comfortable living room with a wood stove for gentle evenings. Upstairs, the sleeping area features two beautiful, welcoming bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. To ensure peaceful nights even in the heart of summer, the cottage is fully air-conditioned. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge throughout the entire house as well as on your private patio.

The Outdoors & Relaxation at the Estate:

The cottage opens onto a large, shaded park perfect for tranquility. Here, everything is designed for a memorable holiday with family or friends: enjoy the seasonal swimming pool to cool off, share a game on our pétanque court, or prepare your grills in the shared barbecue area. Children will absolutely love the playground and the trampoline with free access.

An Ideal Location Between Land and Sea:

Located on the edge of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you will have walking access to local amenities: a multi-service café/grocery shop (with a fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground, and the post office. Thanks to quick road access, you can easily explore our exceptional local heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and quickly reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea or the freshness of nearby lakes.
