About the "Les Cuves" Cottage

Welcome to the "Les Cuves" cottage, a superb and charming 80 m² apartment located on the first floor, officially certified with a 3-star rating to guarantee a stay of absolute comfort. Entirely private, featuring its own independent entrance, and with no neighbors either above or below, this unique accommodation is part of our historic, former winery estate. Its high-quality renovation, completed in the spring of 2018, beautifully blends modern amenities with original authentic elements.

Your Indoor Comfort:

The cottage boasts a warm and bright atmosphere. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a cozy dining space, and a comfortable living room. The sleeping area consists of two beautiful, welcoming bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. To ensure peaceful nights even in the heart of summer, the cottage is fully air-conditioned. The true highlight of this accommodation is its magnificent private terrace, completely secluded with no overlooking neighbors (sans vis-à-vis), perfect for your relaxing moments. A free high-speed Wi-Fi connection covers the entire property as well as your terrace.

The Outdoors & Relaxation at the Estate:

The cottage opens onto our large, shaded park, a true haven of peace. Everything is at your disposal for a memorable holiday: enjoy our seasonal swimming pool for perfect moments of lounging and cooling off, share a game of pétanque, or prepare your grills in the summer kitchen's barbecue area. Children will have a blast thanks to the playground and the trampoline with free access.

An Ideal Location Between Land and Sea:

Located on the edge of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you can easily walk to all local amenities: the multi-service café/grocery shop (with a fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground, and the post office. Thanks to quick road access, you can easily explore our exceptional local heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and quickly reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea or the freshness of nearby lakes.
