About the "La Grange" Cottage

Welcome to the "La Grange" cottage, our largest and most prestigious charming home with 150 m² of space split over two levels, officially certified with a 3-star rating to offer you an exceptionally comfortable stay. Entirely private and featuring its own independent entrance, this character-filled building is a former estate barn, completely renovated in 2019 with high-end modern amenities while beautifully preserving the authenticity of its original stone walls.

Your Indoor Comfort:

The cottage offers superb, airy volumes and an ideal living space for gathering together. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a very large, bright living room with a premium, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a convivial dining area. The sleeping area consists of 4 beautiful, spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a large communal bathroom. To ensure optimal climate control in any season, the cottage is fully air-conditioned. A free high-speed Wi-Fi connection covers the entire house as well as your large private patio.

The Outdoors & Relaxation at the Estate:

The cottage opens onto our large, shaded park, a true haven of peace and tranquility. Everything is at your disposal for a memorable holiday: enjoy our seasonal swimming pool for perfect moments of lounging and cooling off, share a game of pétanque, or prepare your grills in the summer kitchen's barbecue area. Children will have a blast thanks to the playground and the trampoline with free access.

An Ideal Location Between Land and Sea:

Located on the edge of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you can easily walk to all local amenities: the multi-service café/grocery shop (with a fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground, and the post office. Thanks to quick road access, you can easily explore our exceptional local heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and quickly reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea or the freshness of nearby lakes.
