Since 2015, we have had the joy of welcoming you to Domaine Le Piboul. As a family – Chantal, Marijn, Lily and Mika – we invite you to discover our beautifully renovated former winery in Fontcouverte, nestled in the heart of the Aude region.

More than just a place to stay, Domaine Le Piboul is a family project built around sharing, tranquillity and a love for southern France. Surrounded by vineyards and nature, our estate offers a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax, enjoy authentic village life and discover the beauty, traditions and flavours of the Occitanie region.
